Not Receiving Our Emails?
Sometimes important emails — like verification links, voting updates, bonus codes for free votes, or prize notifications — can end up in spam or promotions folders.

What to Do Right Now
Please follow these quick steps to make sure our emails reach your inbox:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
If you see one of our emails, open it
Click “Not Spam” or “Mark as Safe”
Add our email address to your contacts or safe sender list
This tells your email provider that you trust our emails.

Open an email from us
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select “Report not spam”
Click the sender name → Add to contacts
Outlook / Hotmail
Open our email
Click “Not Junk”
Choose “Always trust this sender”
Yahoo Mail
Open the email
Click “Not Spam”
Add the sender to your address book
Why This Happens
Email filtering is automated and designed to protect users.
Even legitimate businesses can occasionally be filtered incorrectly – especially when emails include links or are time-sensitive.
